Water – 4 Things You Should Know

It makes up over 70% of our body and yet we think so little about water. And we know so little too.

1. DIRECT FROM THE SOURCE IS BEST
There seems to be consensus that the best water you can drink is natural spring water straight from the source. Water that has come straight from the stream is ‘active’, it has an energy, a frequency, a mineralisation, a pH and an oxygen level that is more beneficial than ‘dead’ or ‘stagnant’ water. In nature water that is good to drink never sits still for long periods of time and it never travels in straight lines like when we push water to homes through pipes. So the source matters.

2. NATURAL WATER HAS A ‘MEMORY’ WHICH IS BENEFICIAL TO YOUR HEALTH
Water is capable of storing information. By taking water samples, placing them on sample slides, freezing them and examining under a microscope, we can see a remarkable phenomenon. Bad conditions and disharmony will create ugly or malformed samples, however water will create beautiful ice crystals when frozen if exposed to beautiful and harmonious things. In nature, the memory of the water is infused with life, movement, fluidity – all the elements we would wish to top up our 70%

3. UN-NATURAL ADDITIVES
Chlorine and/or its biproducts are known carcinogens and kills living things. Flouride is a baddie too. If you live in the city, get a water filter to remove these bad guys so you can start to ‘reconstruct’ or ‘revitalise’ your water from a clean base. Plastic bottled water will carry the bi-products of the plastic into the water.

4. FORMULA FOR RECONSTRUCTION OR REVITALISATION
So, how can I revitalise or rebuild water if i don’t have access to natural spring water?

Well, here seems to be the best solution i can suggest:
1. Filter. Reverse osmosis is great, but a simple clay or charcoal filter is good too. Something that will remove the chlorine, flouride, etc
2. Move the water. To return the energy to the water, it is best to ‘vector’ the water, but at the least, pour it from a great height.
3. What to add. Even the tiniest amount of Himalayan rock salt and/or chlorophyll.
4. Sun! Place your water in an open, wide mouthed wooden, glass or ceramic recepticle and place in the sun for three hours.
5. Cool. Allow the water to sit for another three hours in the shade.
6. Repeat step 2 and drink straight away.
